Job Description

Program Manager will manage the complete life cycle for the installation/implementation of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Customer to Meter (C2M) system integration.
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the Commission’s AMI project to full implementation for approximately 450K residential and commercial meters.
The Program Manager shall provide strategic leadership, program management, and supply change negotiations management.
It is the Commission’s expectation that Program Manager will have complete engagement starting with project initiation, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling to closing and service delivery of the project.
The Program Manager will manage the overall execution of the AMI installation/implementation and (C2M) system integrations project.

Qualifications:

Education:

The Lead Program Manager must be PMP certified by PMI.

Experience:

Must have successfully managed the complete (i.e. project initiation, planning, execution, closure), implementation of an AMI project for a water utility with a minimum of 150,000 residential and commercial meters.
Must have minimum of five (5) years of experience in Water and Wastewater AMI and specifically in project management over AMI implementations.
Must not be affiliated with any AMI technologies installation or manufacturing meter companies
