ANGARAI is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Delivery Program Management Services Contract for Category 2-Business Analysis by the Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT).
The Task Order Request for Proposals (TORFP) was issued in April 2020 and the awardees were informed in February 2021. It was approved by Governor Larry Hogan on July 28, 2021.
This is a multi-year contract and ANGARAI will be providing Business Analysis services to the Delivery Program Management Office (DPMO) to support the DPMO’s efforts in planning and implementation of IT projects.
ANGARAI’s approach to Business Analysis have evolved over the years as a culmination of best practices executed carefully considering those prescribed in BABOK by IIBA and Requirements Engineering Techniques by IREB. As part of its ongoing training and development, ANGARAI has been encouraging its employees to get themselves certified in various programmes including Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) by the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB).
ANGARAI will be providing Business Analysis Services, highlighting how, as an organization one will enable the State to realize the following objectives:
- Business Analysis Strategy and Governance
- Business Analysis Standards and Methods
- Business Analysis Tools, Technologies, Metrics and Reporting
- Consulting Domain Expertise/Experience
- User Acceptance Testing
