Mr.Subramanian is the founder, President & CEO of Angarai International, Inc., a Maryland based consulting firm in the Washington DC metro area. Mr. Subramanian has developed a unique and an effective Engagement Management Model and Methodology which is a signature product of Angarai International, Inc. Under his stewardship, AII has successfully implemented Engagement Management Model and Methodology for its clients across the globe.

Mr.Subramanian has been involved in the industry since 1985 and has demonstrated global Project/Program management experience. His career progression includes his tenure with Blue-Chip firm encompassing IBM, Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr.Subramanian derives immense satisfaction and pleasure in leading complex engagements, managing team of individuals towards a timely delivery and providing value to the business community. He has proven experience in implementing enterprise-wide applications encompassing ERP, EAM and custom applications. He has been involved in various engagements in Public Welfare, Public Utility and Public Transportation Sectors.

Mr.Subramanian is respected as an expert in many technology and allied areas encompassing IT Strategic Planning, Business Solutions, Team Leadership, Defining Service Level Agreements, PMO, Budgeting, Capital expenditure, Contract Negotiations, Vendor Management, RFP/RFI, CBA/ROI studies and COTS Implementation. He not only has a strong technical, functional and managerial academic background, but also demonstrated experience. His academic accomplishment encompasses BS in Mathematics, MBA in International Business from University of Georgia System, PMP (Project Management Professional) from prestigious Project Management Institute and is an active member of PMI.

Mr.Kris Gopal has over 20 years of Industry experience including 12 years of international project experience. He has hands on experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle, Hardware maintenance, Data Processing and IT consulting. He is conversant with different design techniques – conventional to modern. His academic accomplishments include B E in Electronics & Instrumentation, Annamalai University, India, MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, USA, and M Tech in Computer Science, Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta, India. He also holds Professional Certifications from Project Management Institute, USA and Level 4 proficiency in Japanese from Association of International Education, Japan.

With over 18 years in IT consulting industry from team member to Project Manager to Engagement Manager, Mr.Kris Gopal has extensive exposure to client handling, concept selling, implementation & user training, staffing, team building, mentoring, and counseling. He has handled both projects and ongoing processes, spearheaded process initiatives – SEI CMM Level 4 and has demonstrated diversified experience across different domains and development environments (Mainframe to Client-Server to Internet, COBOL, UNIX, C, Oracle, PowerBuilder, SAP, ABAP, Financial, US Federal Govt., Manufacturing, Publishing).

Mr.Kris Gopal has delivered various training programs and workshops towards hard and soft skill enhancements. He has worked with clients in USA, UK, Holland, Germany, Japan, and India.
